Russell has been with TriaxData for 6 years and in that time has increased his extensive understanding of the data industry. He has experience from both the end user perspective as a compiler and as a data manager. His commitment to personal excellence drives the added value he brings to the diverse group of customer needs he manages.

Mr. Irwin's background in the mortgage industry led to his understanding of both mortgage brokers and lenders needs. Ultimately, it was his understanding of those needs that brought him to work for TriaxData. As the Direct Lending Manager for 21st Mortgage Corporation, Russell's primary task was to keep a staff of loan officers supplied with applications. By purchasing leads from TriaxData, he fulfilled that obligation and helped deliver tremendous success to 21st Mortgage.

Russell has also worked with a data compiler named Courthouse Retrieval Systems, Inc. They currently gather and compile information in the southeastern United States. At CRS he developed data sales from a compilers point of view. It was there that he gained an understanding of how data is compiled and managed for companies such as Acxiom and Lexus Nexus. This experience lends to his knowledge of database development and the market specific applications for the available for its use.

Russell makes his home in East Tennessee where he lives with his wife. He has two children and four grandchildren.
